Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: Customers may cancel orders within 2–3 days of placing the order.

  • Conditions: Cancellations cannot be accepted if the order has already been forwarded to vendors or dispatch has begun.

  • Exclusions: Certain products from ILKAL’S PRIDE are non-cancellable. However, replacements or refunds may be issued if the product quality is unsatisfactory, subject to verification by our customer service team.

 

2. Reporting Defects or Mismatches

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please report damaged or defective products within 2–3 days of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after verification by ILKAL’S PRIDE.

  • Items Not as Described / Expected: If the product significantly differs from the online description, notify customer service within 2–3 days of receipt. Our team will review and respond promptly.

  • Warranty Claims: For products covered under manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly. ILKAL’S PRIDE will assist in facilitating claims where possible.

 

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method after approval.

  • For returned items, we recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that ILKAL’S PRIDE cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase.
